All the candidates are hereby instructed to attend the counselling on the date specified and submit documents for verification at Counselling Centre or Exam_centre as specified in the merit list or else their candidature will be cancelled and name of the successive/next candidate will be considered. The candidates are also requested to bring the following original documents/ proofs:
1. Academic qualifications
2. Technical qualification
3. Proof for date of birth
4. Community certificate(SC/ST/OBC)
5. Proof of disability certificate for PH candidates
6. Certificate for Ex-serviceman
7. Photo Identity card of the candidate
8. Hall ticket issued to the candidate for the Common Entrance Examination-2015
9. Two recent passport size photographs of the candidate
10. Physical Fitness Certificate from authorised registered Medical Practitioner
