Advanced
Training Institute, Hyderabad, well known as ATI, Hyderabad has been set up by
the Directorate General of Employment and Training (DGE&T), Ministry of
Labour and Employment, Government of India in collaboration with UNDP / ILO and
is situated in Vidyanagar, Hyderabad. ATI, Hyderabad is one amongst the
foremost of Institutes of national interest in skill development initiatives. It
is attached with CTI for Instructors of ITI and AVTS for Industries
sponsored and private participants.
A Center of
Execellence in automobiles for pursuing advanced skill in Automobile sector has
also been setup with assistance of World Bank under VTIP scheme. The CITS is of
one year duration. Courses under AVTS & COE are of short term durations,
offering regular & customized course to nourish the skill of manpower at
industrial and related staff of Government/Private ITIs.
Being a Hi-tech
institute and Center of Excellence, ATI, Hyderabad is committed in catering to
the training needs of industries. BHEL, HAL, DRDO, DGQA, SBC, Naval Dockyard,
Singareni Collieries, Infotech etc are some of the industries who have
